10/27/11: Buskirk Bridge, Hoosick, NY Some of you may recognize this bridge even if you have never been to it. It is one of 29 historic covered bridges in New York state. It has a William Howe truss design and served the great Northern Turnpike beginning in 1799. It is especially meaningful to me as it is close to Hoosick Falls (where I have family) and White Creek (where my grandparents lived and my uncles grew up). 2/3/12: The Green Lantern of Equality. (I know, it's more blue than green...) This is for Kim's challenge. I "took" this picture from Google Maps and post processed it in a unique way.
